Toby Watson

Founder & CEO

Mr. Watson has been involved in many types of companies. Mr. Watson has been in the credit card processing industry for 19 years, E-Merchant Services. Mr. Watson’s Company was one of the first companies to offer debit card processing on the Pulse Network in Texas. Mr. Watson started offering credit card processing to merchant and averaged 100 new merchant accounts per month in 1993. Mr. Watson’s Company was one of the first companies in the pre-paid card issuing business in the country. He has worked with many processors and merchants from the beginning of the pre-paid business. He has extensive business, banking, and corporate finance experience and a strong technical background. Mr. Watson has for the last year been establishing national contacts in the restaurant business and has 15 of the top restaurant chains using his product.


Ed Killingworth

Founder & President & CIO

Mr. Killingworth attended Texas A&M University: College Station, Texas with a  Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology. Mr. Killingworth worked for Nortel Networks, Choice Energy as A infrastructure manager, Bear Stearns & Co. as their Telecommunications manager, Telnet Consulting International and owner of his own company, Evolution Software Development. Focused on exceeding customer expectation.  Comprehensive analytical problem solving and people skills.  Strength lies in the ability to rapidly absorb and improve upon new technologies.  Seeking to find a fast paced, technically challenging position to further my experience in the information technology arena
